I DREAM OF ICE CREAM!!!

What started as a Fun hobby during the challenging days of Covid-19 pandemic has turned into a dream come true. While quarantining and working from home. I found myself looking for a way to bring some cheer and excitement into our lives. As Christmas approached. I thought, “ What better way to spread joy than with ice cream?”

A close friend of mine at the time made her own homemade ice cream, but she kept her recipe a secret. That’s when I decided to roll up my sleeves and start experimenting! I began with the classic flavors- vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry- and of course my family became my first taste testers.

The first flavor I made was CREAMY VANILLA. A name my daughter Jaelin came up with. Then came CHOCOLATE CHOCOLATE ( also named by Jaelin) and REAL STRAWBERRY, which was just as delicious as it sounds. Jaelin loved naming the flavors so much. I decided to let her keep that special job.

My nephew. DJ loved the ice cream so much that he asked me to try making cookies and cream. I gave it a shot, and it was a hit! We named it MORE COOKIES THAN CREAM, and it quickly became our top flavor.

After seeing how much my family enjoyed the ice cream. I decided to share it with my church family and that’s when things really started to take off. My pastor even helped me introduce “I DREAM OF ICE CREAM” to social media with a fun informercial in the church lobby!

From there, my passion for creating new and exciting flavors grew. I dived into a deep research, experimenting with unique combinations and mixing in all sorts of delicious surprises. What began with just four flavors has now blossomed into 20, and I'm dreaming of surpassing the 31 flavors of the big names- maybe even landing some contracts to ring my ice cream to supermarkets and stores.

Every new flavor is a little piece of my heart, and I can’t wait to share the next one with you. Stay tuned…. there’s so much more to come!
